Juicy Couture - Worst customer service
My wife ordered 5 items from thier online store.We only receive 3 becuase they didn't ship other 2 but charged 5 items plus we have to pay Duty and Tax for 5 items, we live in Canada.
We call them same day we received the order, they said will credit us for the 2 items didn't shipped + Duty and Tax in two days. We wait, nothing happened. we call again, this time they say only credit 2 items but no Duty and tax. after a little explaine the issue they aggread credit items + duty and tax in two weeks.
but onthing happened. we call them again and again, i don't know how mini times. finally, we received the credit but only for the cost of items.
no duty and tax.we never order anything from them again.
Monetary Loss: $58.
