Juicy Couture

I was bought a 1.7 fl oz bottle of Juicy Couture perfume, which I absolutely adore. I have not had this bottle of perfume 3 weeks and it is gone.

I am so super upset over this because it is 100000% this company or whomever they use to bottle their expensive spray because, unbeknownst to myself and the friend that purchased this for me because no one was allowed to open the box and check for these types of things. I just so happened to put it in my clutch to go out to dinner from school and I took it out to freshen up before meeting my husband for dinner and to my horror it was gone. The top of the bottle was not put on properly and what didn't evaporate poured out in my clutch.

I feel as though I deserve to be compensated for this faulty bottle. If this company will not accept responsibility for and do the fair, right thing by the consumer, myself, I will not buy another piece of merchandise from a department store, which is where this was purchased, or a Temu, Wish or giveaway nor will my friends or coworkers.

Called customer service to see what the policy is on defective items. I bought a juicy backpack at a store.

I couldnt find the receipt and called the store. They said they couldnt exchange without receipt. They told me to call juicy customer service. I did and explained I had bought a backpack and only had it a little over a month and the leather on the straps already started to wear off.

They told me that there was no return policy from their customer service department and if the store wouldnt take it back then there was nothing else i could do! So they sell a product that is branded under their name, it wears out prematurely and they are willing to do nothing to compensate or fix the issue. It irritates me when big companies do that. Companies that make money hand over fist and the quality of their products dont really matter.

I have bought thousands of dollars in juicy productshandbags, backpacks, perfumes, etc and then they do that. Irritating.

Do you think the price would have been different if it had been made in Sweden?

First off my wife loves your your fashion and accessories , But on her last purchase of a juicy couture purse the handle began to come apart right where the leather materials met leaving a strip of leather that looked like twine pulled off so easily.

This was a new experience for us because the quality controls historically have seemed to be in place she loves the purse, yet I know being in sales that a replacement is warranted how can we proceed with situation being that this is her 151st purse I lost count and room but a happy wife makes a happy fishing life, Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated

Love juicy and bought 5 different shoes from 3 Different retailers. 4 out of 5 had flaws!

Which is annoying when majority of your shoes are only online. Please inspect your shoes before shipping them. These boots Were bought from JCPenney and Shoe carnival. JCPenney does not sell these in stores so when i return still could have a chance of receiving another defective shoe.

UPDATE: I EMAILED JUICY COUTURE TO TELL THEM ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE ABOUT ORDERING 5 SHOES AND 4 WE'RE DAMAGED, ALSO I MENTIONED THAT ONE PAIR WAS REPLACED AND IT LOOKED EXACTLY LIKE THE ONES I RETURNED MEANING I RETURNED THEM AND GOT A NEW PAIR THAT WAS JUST AS DAMAGE AS THE FIRST PAIR I SENT BACK AND THEY TOLD ME AND I QUOTE " SORRY TO HEAR THAT FILE A CLAIM WITH THE STORE" ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? EVEN IF I DO COMPLAIN WITH THE STORE JUICY COUTURE IS THE MANUFACTURER!! THEY TAKE ZERO COUNTABILITY FOR THEIR PRODUCTS INSTEAD THEY WANT TO BLAME THE STORE. THE STORE JUST SELL'S THE SHOES JUICE COUTURE MAKES THEM.

IT'S FUNNY BECAUSE WHEN I COMPLAIN TO THE STORE THEY SAY ITS JUICE COUTURES PROBLEM AND WHEN I COMPLAIN TO JUICY COUTURE THEY BLAME THE STORE!!

I WON'T BE GIVING THEM ANY MORE OF MY MONEY SEEING AS HOW THEY DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS RECIEVING DAMAGED ITEMS, WITHOUT CUSTOMER'S YOU WOULD BE NOTHING KEEP THAT IN MIND JUICY COUTURE! YOU LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY.

this is mt 4th e mail, i do not have social media nor do i want it. i received jeans from juicy couture that i want to return as i have explained to you three times already.

the jeans have stones down both legs. i am 74 years old do not want them. i have requested a return label three times and have not yet received one. i called juicy couture and was told to contact you again.

your website is very difficult to navigate. i would like not a good way to do business a return label asap it is definitely over your 14 day policy because i cannot get in touch with anyone. if i do not receive i will contact the attorney general for fraud.

please e-mail a response. also there is no receipt in the bag or any information.
