I never received my item that I ordered online. The customer service representative who helped me was not helpful, friendly, or even apologetic.
Didn't offer any solutions, other than mention that she will notate that it was lost, and will check with the courier. Basically told me I'm out the $270 I spent on the 2 shirts I bought -- toughen up buttercup! This was last week and I still haven't received an update from them. Poor customer service.
I work in commerce, so I understand exactly that this complacency means that their brand must be failing.
