I brought many things on Juicy Couture official website in BlackFriday due to the cheap price. I received the confirmation of order via email.
But, after two days, the company sent the email to cancel my orders due to the website's bug about the promotion code. This is a cheating of promotion. The customers should not have taken the consequences of your fault.
I strongly asked for the return of my order and the same price on the order, but the customer service denied my request, which made me heavily upset. Here, I am looking for other customers who had the same experience with willingness of legal help.
